Meet Jennifer
Jennifer Wolff is a shareholder in the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Jennifer focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Jennifer represents both lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured loan transactions, single bank and syndicated credit facilities, asset-based and cash flow financings, and subordinated debt transactions. She also has considerable experience representing private equity funds in acquisition financings and the ongoing financing needs of their portfolio companies. In addition, Jennifer has handled various aspects of loan restructurings, forbearances and workouts.
In the corporate area, Jennifer represents private equity funds, family-owned and other privately held businesses in areas including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial matters.
