To prepare for a worst-case data breach scenario, companies are increasingly utilizing an approach known as a “tabletop exercise” in which a business’ Incident Response Team role-plays through a simulated data breach scenario. The minute-to-minute decisions they must make often mean the difference between whether a business will survive the breach, and for our February meeting, these decisions will be placed solely in your hands.
