Robert J. Shepard – Corporate Practice Group (Milwaukee, Wisc.)
Bob Shepard is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Bob’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, strategic commercial relationships and general corporate law services.
Tim C. Smith – Tax Practice Group (Milwaukee, Wisc.)
Tim Smith is a tax attorney in Godfrey & Kahn’s Milwaukee office. His practice focuses primarily on the federal and state income tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Tim advises clients on the tax implications of forming, owning, restructuring, and selling or acquiring limited liability companies, C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures.
