MILWAUKEE (June 1, 2017) – Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is proud to announce Andrew F. Spillane and Allison W. Reimann have joined the firm.
Spillane is a member of the firm’s Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, branch and loan portfolio sales, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and financial technology. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Spillane was associate general counsel at a Milwaukee-area bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Marquette University and received his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
Reimann is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in the Madison office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of antitrust, the False Claims Act, health care, and commercial disputes. She is also experienced in internal investigations and responses to Civil Investigative Demands and grand jury subpoenas in fraud and abuse and antitrust matters. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Reimann practiced at a large Chicago law firm for over six years. She also was a law clerk for the Honorable William C. Canby, Jr. of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Phoenix, Arizona. Reimann earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Kalamazoo College and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
