Nicholas Hahn is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Appleton office. Hahn’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, insolvency, Wisconsin receiverships and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in all chapters of bankruptcy, including an emphasis on agricultural bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Nicholas worked at a local firm where he practiced bankruptcy and insolvency law. He has experience in civil litigation, including motion practice, depositions, written discovery and bench trials.
Nicholas also worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Faris, Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii, as well as for the Honorable Lloyd King. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
