

Meet Xavier
Xavier Jenkins is an associate in Godfrey & Kahn’s Litigation practice. He represents businesses and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Xavier has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial, including having served as first chair in a federal jury trial through verdict. He frequently handles complex dispositive motion briefings, discovery strategy, expert development, and trial preparation.
Xavier’s practice centers on complex commercial disputes. He is also a member of the firm’s Estate, Trust, and Fiduciary Litigation team, where he regularly represents trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in contested trust and estate matters. In addition, he defends manufacturers and businesses in products liability cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage. Xavier also advises companies on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including disputes arising from alleged data breaches and privacy violations.
Xavier is a contributing author to Contract Law in Wisconsin, the leading Wisconsin contract law treatise published by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining the firm, Xavier was a recipient of the Godfrey & Kahn Fellowship and spent two summers with the firm as a Summer Associate. He also interned for Judge Joseph Donald of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
