Meet Emily

Emily Enslow is a member of the Investment Management practice group. She represents investment companies and investment advisers with respect to compliance matters, fund registration, corporate governance and general business matters. She regularly counsels clients on matters related to SEC compliance and reporting obligations under the federal securities laws, as well as state securities (“blue sky”) matters. 

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Emily provided regulatory support services on behalf of a large financial services company in Chicago.
